Getac Reports Third Quarter 2022 Results

Getac Holdings Corporation (TSE:3005), a global leading rugged computing solution and mechanical solution provider today announced its reviewed financial results for the third quarter ended on September 30th 2022.

Cumulative Q3’22 (January through September) Highlights:
•Consolidated Revenue was NT$24,084 million, up 7.63% YoY.
•Operating Profit was NT$2,023 million, up 12.87% YoY.
•Net income after tax attributable to the parent was NT$1,507 million, down 57.63% YoY. The difference was mainly due to a gain on disposal of PMD equity of approximately 2,519 million in the second quarter of 2021, whereas a loss of NT519 million was recognized in the second quarter this year due to a patent infringement lawsuit.
•Earnings per share (EPS) was NT$2.51, comparing with NT$6.01 in the same period in 2021, down 58.24% YoY.

Q3’22 Highlights:
•Consolidated revenue was NT$9,040 million, up 21.12% YoY.
•Operating Profit was NT$846 million, up 41.43% YoY.
•Net income after tax attributable to the parent company was NT$728 million, up 16.21% YoY.
•Earnings per share (EPS) was NT$1.21, comparing with NT$1.05 in the same period in 2021, up 15.24% YoY.
